Music, talent and conversation.
On 16 August, VIYAF Charity Art Night brought young artists, musicians and guests from cultural and diplomatic life together in the Gläserner Saal. Soprano Xin Wang performed with Vienna Principal Ensemble, and pianist Jade Zhu appeared in the evening’s programme. Welcome remarks, music and conversation gave the gathering its character.
The evening included addresses by VIYAF board member Prof. Elzbieta Maria Wiedner-Zajac, Poland’s Ambassador to Austria Zenon Kosiniak-Kamysz, and Austrian composer and conductor Roland Baumgartner.
Young artists in the spotlight
The evening also included a certificate presentation to Jade Zhu with VIYAF board member Elzbieta Maria Wiedner-Zajac. Performances and conversations gave artists and guests the opportunity to meet beyond the concert platform.
