Website information
This website presents the foundation and its artistic activities. Concert information appears on the relevant event pages; ticket purchases are governed by the terms of the external ticket provider. Support and partnership arrangements are agreed individually in writing. This website is not an investment offer and makes no promise of financial return or tax deductibility.
Privacy
The foundation named above is responsible for personal data processed in connection with this website and enquiries to office@viyaf.org. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Technical data such as your IP address, browser information and request time may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the website. We do not add tracking cookies, analytics scripts or advertising pixels. Published media is served with the site; fonts are loaded via Google Fonts, which receives a technical request from your browser. Videos start only when you choose to play them.
Enquiries and correspondence
When you contact us, we use the information you provide to handle your enquiry and any ensuing relationship. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, steps requested before a contract, or applicable legal obligations, as relevant. We retain correspondence as long as needed for its purpose and any applicable retention duties. External links take you to services governed by their own privacy notices.
Your rights and image enquiries
You may contact office@viyaf.org to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data, to object to processing or to request portability where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority. For concerns about a published image, please send the page URL and a description so we can review the request.
