A pianist, composer and educator based in Vienna, she taught for many years at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw), where she obtained her Habilitation. She has appeared on leading European stages, including the Goldener Saal of the Vienna Musikverein, and her recordings and publications have earned high professional recognition. Her honours include the Austrian Cross of Honour for Science and Art as well as major Polish cultural and state decorations.
